** Drive Like: A New Vision Zero Marketing Campaign

Keep an eye out for a new traffic safety campaign hitting the airwaves.

NDOT has launched the Drive Like campaign, a new Vision Zero marketing effort that encourages Nashvillians to pause, reflect and make choices that keep our roadways safer so everyone gets home alive.
Through relatable stories and emotional moments, the Drive Like series asks questions that connect to everyday life in Nashville: How would you drive if Grandma were in the car? If your kids were in the back seat? If someone you love were sharing the road beside you? Each message reminds us that we all share responsibility for safety.

The campaign has launched across TV, radio, streaming and social media throughout Nashville.

The Drive Like campaign builds on NDOT’s Vision Zero commitment to eliminate fatalities and serious injuries on Metro Nashville roadways. Together, we can create a future where everyone on our streets reaches their destination safely.

The NDOT Operations Team won the 2025 Equipment Rodeo competition at the TCAPWA/SWANA Annual Conference. Our operators showed off precision, power, and serious behind-the-wheel talent. From maneuvering heavy equipment to mastering tight turns, our team proved how they keep Nashville and Davidson County running smoothly every day.
Jefferson Street Community Design Charrette

You're invited to participate in the Jefferson Street Corridor Study Community Design Charrette — a four-day, hands-on public planning workshop focused on shaping the future of the Jefferson Street corridor.

Participants can engage in a variety of activities including walking tours, hands-on design exercises, thematic worktables, and interactive feedback stations. Attendance is flexible — you’re welcome to drop in for a single conversation or stay for the full session. Snacks and coffee will be provided at all in-person meetings.
